If your call is not an emergency, but you would like a Berwyn Heights Police Officer to respond to your location for any reason, Call the Police Dispatcher at the Non-Emergency Number of (301) 352-1200. If you just want to speak to an officer, Call the Berwyn Heights Police Administrative Office at (301) 474-6554. The Admin Office is staffed Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After Hours you can leave your number on the Officer's Voice Mailbox, and your call will be returned later.

BHPD assists citizens with the filing of reports on crimes and accidents. A copy of a report is generally available 24-48 hours after an incident occurred, and can be picked up at the police station during normal business hours. The fee for an accident report is $10.00 for a resident and $20 for non-residents. The fee for a police report free for a resident and $15 for a non-resident. (Cash and money orders only).
