Notarization Services
The Town of Berwyn Heights offers simple notarization services to the public for a fee. The fee as of June 2025 is $4 per notarization stamp.
The Town does not provide notarization for complex documents such as real estate transactions and jurats.
A notary is generally available at Town Hall, Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5PM and at the Police Department Monday-Friday between 9AM and 4PM.
