- Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland provides resources to assist home buyers and make home repairs.

- Maryland Mortgage Program provides loans to eligible homebuyers purchasing in Maryland.
- The Maryland Office of Home Energy Programs provides bill assistance to low-income households in the State of Maryland to make energy costs more affordable and to help restore home energy service through their Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP) also known at the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

- HIP is a HUD approved housing counseling agency which includes foreclosure prevention counseling, eviction prevention, and rapid rehousing and housing stability services.
- HOPE is a HUD certified counseling agency that offers foreclosure counseling, financial counseling, and rental counseling. They also offer façade and home improvement for low-to-moderate income homeowners.
