Public Hearing

The Berwyn Heights Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2025 at 7PM on CR01-2025. 
The proposed Charter Amendment will lower the municipal voting age to 16, allow for all residents of Berwyn Heights to vote in municipal elections and allow for limited flexibility in the election date.  

This Charter Amendment reflects the outcome of the non-binding poll questions of the 2024 election.
