Department of Housing and Community Development presentation

On October 4, 2021 a representative of the Prince George's County Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) presented a slide show to Council with information about rent and utility assistance for those effected by income loss due to COVID-19 as well as first time home buyer assistance. DHCD stated during that meeting that mortgage assistance for current homeowners effected by income loss due to COVID-19 will be coming from programs at the State level. You can check the status of those plans here.
