At 8:22 am, Pfc. Ignowski and the Chief of Police responded to Greenbelt Road Shell on a complaint of a person sleeping inside a vehicle belonging to their customer. The subject was identified as Mr. Mohamed Fofanah, a 27 Y/O; B/M of New Carrolton, MD and was wanted through the PG Sheriff Department for failing to appear in a 2nd. degree assault case. After placing the subject under arrest, the subject became suicidal and attempted to break the glass window of the police cruiser with his head. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
