TOWN OF BERWYN HEIGHTS NOTICE

OF A PROPOSED

REAL PROPERTY TAX RATE INCREASE

For the taxable year beginning July 1, 2024, the Town Council of the Town of Berwyn Heights proposes to increase real property tax rates from $0.5187 per $100 of assessment to $0.58 per $100 of assessment.

A public hearing on the proposed real property tax rate increase will be held at 7:00PM on April 10, 2024 at Berwyn Heights Town Hall Council Chambers-5700 Berwyn Rd, Berwyn Heights, MD 20740.

The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
