Comprehensive PGCPS Boundary Study

Over the past several months, PGCPS has explored the impact of anticipated student enrollment growth challenges in Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) as part of the Comprehensive School Boundary Initiative.
Many of our schools are over capacity while others are under capacity or need revitalization. Today, the school system released an interim report for the boundary initiative, which presents findings from the first phase of data analysis and community engagement, including three draft plans and maps depicting potential future boundaries.
