Census 2020

Every 10 years, a complete count of every person in the United States is conducted. Did you know the results of the census impact the number of legislators Maryland has in the U.S. House of Representatives, funding for public services and infrastructure, as well as economic development?

The 2020 Census does not begin until next year, but Prince George’s County wants you to be ready! There are so many ways you can get involved. You can become a volunteer, a Complete Count Committee member, host an informative workshop or become an advocate. Get involved and be counted! Our future depends on it. Take the pledge online or at one of the many Census 2020 events.

Here are two upcoming events where you an find out more information about Census 2020 and ways to get involved:
