The Clock is Ticking! The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Customer Assistance Plan for the civil penalty waiver grace period is set to expire in less than 2 months.  MDTA is urging customers to take advantage of the plan by paying unpaid video tolls – either in one payment or incrementally over time – and make sure they are paid in full by 11:59 PM November 30, 2022.  Customers will be responsible for the full amounts of all unpaid tolls as well as any civil penalties starting December 1, 2022.

Sign Up for Free Student Health Services!

Through a partnership with the Prince George’s County Health Department and Hazel Health, free healthcare services to students in middle schools and academies began on October 10, and will be available in high schools on October 24.  When students aren’t feeling well at school, the school nurse can now initiate a telehealth visit with a pediatric provider within minutes.

Parents will also be able to access Hazel free of charge Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. if their child becomes ill at home.

In November, the service will expand to include elementary schools, and will also include mental health teletherapy.
Be sure to sign up so your child can access these health benefits: https://my.hazel.co/pgcps/info
