No Quorum

Mayor Jodie Kulpa-Eddy stated that earlier in the evening three councilmembers made it known that they were not able to attend the meeting tonight. As such, there was no quorum for the meeting and the Worksession had to be cancelled. She then announced that long-time employee Yvonne Odoi will be leaving Town employment on September 8, 2023.
However, there are no quorum requirements for a listening session and the scheduled ARPA listening session continued with Mayor Pro-Tem Chris Brittan-Powell and Berwyn Heights residents also in attendance, along with Town Manager Kyle Snyder and Town Clerk Melanie Friesen.
