Executive Sessions

The Berwyn Heights Town Council will meet in Executive Session at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 6PM in the Council Chambers pursuant to General Provisions Article § 3-305(b) (1) to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals. (8) consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation. 

UPDATED:

The previously scheduled Executive Session for July 13, 2022 has been cancelled. 

On Wednesday, July 13, 2022  at 6PM in Council Chambers, Council will meet in Executive Session (personnel matter) held under General Provisions Article § 3-305(b)  (7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.
