EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The Berwyn Heights Town Council is adding an additional discussion item to the Executive Session already noticed for Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:30PM.  The Council will meet briefly in open session before entering closed session.  The Council will return to open session for the regularly scheduled Worksession at 7PM.  

The Berwyn Heights Town Council will meet in Executive Session, to be held under exception General Provisions Article § 3-305, (b)(1): to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals (specifically, to discuss nominations for Resident of the Year); and General Provisions Article § 3-305, (b)(3): To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related to the acquisition (specifically, to discuss locations to house a permanent Police Department as well as possibly providing space for other Town activities).
